  Large Increase in Trolley Witnessing

  when the org implements its bethelite "genocide" and demotes many members of the "worldwide order of special full-time servants of jehovahs witnesses" into lowly regular pioneers, many more trollies will have to be found in order for such ones to rack up their required monthly hours.. how many are actually going to be shocked by this into waking up?

  i just saw ww-v with brad pitt the other night (i know i am behind the times, still trying to catch up on movies i missed the last 30 years) and it struck me- why are we always fighting zombies?

  is it just easier to justify the carnage?

  it seems to me, that the most horrific carnage seems to be neighbor-vs-neighbor.

  Doomsday movies in general - not just zombie ones - have captivated the hearts of many. Many secretly wish for an under populated world. Combine that with an action plot and you've got the perfect combo.

  Any thoughts on the real reasons for droppng the 'school"

  my thoughts are.

  1. they want to avoid being made to comply with any laws that come with anything classed as a "school" especially a school with children enrolled.. 2. the mid-week meeting has been dying in the ass for years and needs a revival.

  i predict happy -clappy-sing-a-longs to be included in the program.. anyone else have any thoughts ??

  They made a mistake when they lumped the book study to the service meeting. It must have been a burden to prepare for three segments in one meeting. I think they're just streamlining the meeting as well as making it shorter.

  To all of those who give credit to apostate ideas on anti-JW sites for changing Watchtower doctrines please keep in mind that our ideas are not as original as our egos (including mine) might think. There are probably thousands of ex and still-in JWs who, without any collusion, come out with the same ideas.

  I myself came up with the idea that the Watchtower magazine should be trimmed down to a monthly issue - 35 years ago.

  A simple explanation for the financial changes

  as i've mentioned from time to time, i'm a retired accountant.

  i have tried many times to come up with some logical, sound business reason why the wtbs has made the big changes in its financial arrangements: taking the congregations savings, the monthly donations per congregation etc.

  i finally came up with the answer.. the leadership of the watchtower society is batshit crazy.

  Brokeback Watchtower, what kind of rebellion are you talking about? I could picture a partial exodus from those branches but I can't picture any alternative JW sects forming.
